20 years ago we added this International Harvester 9180 in early 1989. This was our first tractor with "triples"! This also had a Cummins engine with 375 horsepower and a powershift transmission.

31 years ago(1978) we planted with a 16 row planter pulled by this John Deere 4640 with tanks that held 800 gallons of weed spray. We changed to a 24 row planter in 1996 and to a 36 row planter in 2008.

33 years ago(1976) it was a much slower operation to apply our anhydrous ammonia (nitrogen fertilizer). The applicator was narrower and we had to drive slower with this lower horsepower tractor!

Back in 1973 we were using International Harvester equipment almost entirely...some 36 years years ago we combined these soybeans with three IH 915 combines!
