Recently we purchased two pieces of construction equipment for use on our farm and to be available for hire in our area. The first photo shows Gavin operating our Caterpillar D6H dozer.
This second photo shows our Caterpillar 325BL excavator. Both machines were purchased from Altorfer, Inc, one from Hannibal, MO and one from Springfield, IL.
The third photo shows our new Kalyn/Siebert 50 Ton lowboy. We also use the Mack truck to pull our grain trailer.
This fourth photo shows the D6H on the lowboy as Bryan prepares to reconnect the tractor to the trailer. With the front neck of the trailer removed, heavy equipment can be driven onto the lowboy easily and safely.
